Welcome to TOKYO ENTRY & INVESTMENT (consul.tokyo). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the consulting, M&A advisory, and legal support services provided jointly by PARTNER Inc. and Tokyo Forest Legal Office ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Scope of Services

We provide strategic market entry support for foreign investors and corporations. Please note the distinction in our service provision structure based on Japanese law:

• Consulting & M&A Advisory: Market research, financial planning, and M&A brokerage services are provided by PARTNER Inc.
• Legal & Visa Processing: Immigration applications (Business Manager Visa, Highly Skilled Professional Visa) and company incorporation procedures (Articles of Incorporation, etc.) are strictly handled by Tokyo Forest Legal Office, a licensed Administrative Scrivener (Gyoseishoshi) firm.

2. No Guarantee of Results (Disclaimer)

While we leverage our extensive expertise (over 20 years of experience and 500+ successful applications) to maximize your chances of success, we do not and cannot guarantee the final approval of any visa application, permanent residency request, or M&A transaction.

All immigration decisions are at the sole discretion of the Immigration Services Agency of Japan. Furthermore, the success of an M&A transaction depends on market conditions, the counterparties, and the results of due diligence. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to application rejections or failed transactions.

3. Client Responsibilities

To provide effective service, we rely on the information and documents you provide. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information regarding your personal history, finances, and business plans.
• Promptly supply all requested documentation required by Japanese government authorities.
• Refrain from providing any forged, falsified, or misleading documents. Submission of fraudulent documents is a criminal offense in Japan, and if discovered, we will immediately terminate our services without a refund.

4. Fees and Payments

Initial consultations (Strategic Assessments) may be subject to a fee or provided complimentary at our discretion. If you choose to engage our full services, a separate formal "Service Agreement" detailing the scope of work, fees, payment milestones, and refund policies will be executed. These Terms of Service apply in conjunction with any such formal agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and service frameworks (such as the "Five Pillars of Market Entry Excellence"), is the intellectual property of TOKYO ENTRY & INVESTMENT and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our explicit written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our website or reliance on any information provided during preliminary assessments.
